I wear a few different hats, but the heart of all my work is the same: supporting creative and meaningful work from behind the scenes — from theatre to small businesses, nonprofits, and creative ventures.

As a professional stage manager, I’ve spent much of my life calling cues, anticipating needs, and making backstage magic happen. Then the pandemic changed the stage.
As so much of our work moved online, I discovered that the skills I’d spent years developing backstage — organization, communication, problem-solving, anticipation, and keeping a dozen moving pieces on track — were pretty useful outside the theatre, too.
Now, I also bring those skills to small business owners, creative professionals, and nonprofit leaders. Whether backstage or behind the screen, I help tackle the details and lighten your mental load — so you can spend more time doing the work only you can do.
Whether backstage at the Children's Theater of Madison, in my current part-time role as an Administrative Assistant at MMSD, or in my freelance communications work, I bring a balance of structure and flexibility, helping you find clarity, amplify your outreach, and lighten your mental load so you can focus on what matters most.
